This Privacy Policy explains how SIA Routed In use any personal information that you provide when contacting us through our website, e-mail or phone. This Privacy Policy is created in accordance with the laws and regulations effective in the Republic of Latvia and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What personal data do we collect?

This is done to analyse data traffic, make the user experience friendlier, improve content quality, optimise performance of the website and ensure appropriate functioning and security of the website.

- Receiving and reviewing your applications for vacant job positions in order to ensure the selection and recruitment process.

You have consented to us using your personal information (for example, you have agreed to receive newsletters and/or e-mails from us about our products and services, you have submitted an application for a vacant job position and opted-in for us to process your data submitted). You can withdraw your consent at any time and opt-out from receiving e-mails about our products and services by updating your preferences or sending us an e-mail. Please be aware that the withdrawal of consent may not affect the processing of your personal data when it may be necessary for us to fulfil requirements as provided under laws and regulations or when the processing is necessary and is based on the agreement, our legitimate interests or other statutory grounds for legitimate data processing.
Legitimate interests
When receiving your application for a vacant job position, we have a legitimate interest in processing and evaluating the personal data you have provided and other connected actions thereto, such as organising job interviews, negotiating and providing evidence supporting the compliance of the recruitment process with law. In the event of a dispute, the information obtained during the selection process may be used to indicate the compliance with applicable laws. It is in our legitimate interests to use your personal information to operate, improve and promote our services and products and to protect our business.
Legal obligations
It is necessary for us to use your personal information to comply with the legal obligation. We process your personal data as needed to comply with laws and regulations. For example, when processing personal data for selection and recruitment purposes, and especially in the case of hiring you.
Do we share your personal data?

The recipients of your personal data are Routed In (our employees who are directly authorised and perform the processing of data to fulfill their duties), you, the data processors, law enforcement or supervising authorities, as well as the courts in the cases and in accordance with the procedures specified in laws and regulations.
For how long do we keep the data?
The data shall be kept as long as:
- there is a legal basis for it (please see Legal basis of data processing). Once the criteria are not applicable, your personal data will be deleted or destroyed or deposited with the National Archives in accordance with laws and regulations;
- the data is needed for the purpose for which the data was received;
- we have a legal obligation to keep the data (for example, personnel selection documents and accounting documents are kept for as long as it is determined by the laws of the Republic of Latvia);
- there is an agreement in force (for example, for the provision of services);
- your consent has not been withdrawn, unless there is no other legitimate basis for data processing.
